Built in Marshalltown, Iowa, this American-made lift delivers the strength, stability, and long-term durability demanded by professional motorcycle shops, powersports dealers, and serious home garages.
Powered by standard shop air (105–115 PSI), the SL-6090T uses HMC’s exclusive in-house manufactured steel air cylinder system — not rubber airbags commonly found on imported lifts. The result is smoother operation, superior durability, and reliable lifting performance for years of daily service use.
The SL-6090T combines a massive 30" x 90" solid steel table with two removable 15" side extensions, creating a full 60" wide platform ideal for servicing large trikes and 3-wheel machines. The removable side extensions also make this lift versatile enough for traditional motorcycles, while offering convenient work surfaces for tools and parts when flipped upside down.
Designed with professional-grade structural support systems, digitally engineered cam geometry, and heavy-duty American steel construction, the SL-6090T is built to handle demanding commercial environments while maintaining smooth lifting performance and long service life.

The SL-6090T is specifically engineered to support today’s larger and heavier 3-wheel motorcycles while still maintaining the versatility needed for standard motorcycle service work. The wide platform design creates a stable working surface for trikes and touring bikes while remaining comfortable for everyday motorcycle maintenance and repairs.
Unlike lightweight imported lifts, HMC lifts are built using laser-cut American steel frames with integrated safety teeth — not welded-on lock systems. Our heavy-duty frame design and exclusive removable support crossbar help prevent flexing and warping when servicing heavier Harley-Davidson® trikes, Honda Goldwings®, and other large touring platforms.

The SL-Series with a single cylinder has a rated capacity of 1,200 lbs. It is capable of lifting heavy baggers to nimble commuter motorcycles. With side extensions it works great with trikes, mowers, golf carts, and other personal vehicles that weigh 1,200 lbs. or less.
What is the height range of the SL-Series tables?
The SL-Series has a lift height range from 7 1/2" when lowered to 40" when fully raised. There are 7 locking heights.
How do you secure a motorcycle to the lift table?
When loading a motorcycle to the lift, you should use either the HMC CV-2049 cycle vise or the available Condor SC-2000 wheel chock. In addition, you should always strap the bike to the provided forged steel eyebolts.
Is the lift table easy to move within a workspace?
Yes, it features phenolic non-marking wheels for easy mobility. For enhanced maneuverability, the optional SLC-4 caster system is available.
Does the lift table require assembly upon delivery?
Minimal assembly is required. Simply connect your air supply to the provided fitting and mount the cycle vise using the included fastener package.
What air pressure is required to operate the lift?
The SL-Series operates efficiently with an air pressure range of 90-120 PSI.
